• Calendar integration for meeting management
• Automated meeting recording and transcription via Recall.ai
• Note-taking and organization tools
• AI-powered extractions and analysis
• Dealflow management and tracking
• Market landscape analysis

3. Google Calendar Integration

3.1 Authorization

By connecting your Google Calendar to TheMachine, you authorize us to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings or Google Account permissions.

3.2 Meeting Recording Consent

When you enable automated meeting recording, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to record meetings you join
• Obtaining consent from all meeting participants before recording, where required by law
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding meeting recording
• Informing meeting participants that the meeting may be recorded

You acknowledge that you, not TheMachine, are responsible for compliance with all recording consent laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACHINE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
